THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Orders and pricing are subject to audit when received & processed by our office in case of any errors and will be adjusted accordingly. We do all that we can to notify the customer of any changes in this instance but cannot guarantee contact.

 

You have up to 72 hours after placing your order to make any changes. All sales are final. If extreme circumstances require customer to cancel or change their order, a written refund request must be submitted to Moon Grad Services.  This does NOT mean you will be issued a refund, it simply means that your request will be taken under consideration according to the items ordered, school regulations and event status. See your package flier for your schools refund policy. Cancellation requests placed after the 72 hour period will incur a cancellation fee of $20.00 if fulfilled.

No refunds or cancellations on personalized or dated items. No refunds after scheduled delivery date on campus. No products will be held for delivery after graduation day. (They will be returned to our factory.) No changes to or downsizing of packages or orders is allowed after 72 hours of placing orders.

Refunds policies vary per school, please review your package flier for your own school refund policies. If a refund DOES apply to your school, refund requests must be submitted by mail and must include signed documentation from the school stating they approve request.

All refunds are subject to approval by the company and a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
